Return Policy

Quality Control is one of the most crucial departments of our company. All repair parts from our facility are tested and verified individually prior to shipment. Accessories are verified to be functional with the appropriate application.

Any part that is broken or chipped will not be considered for RMA.

Shipping Damage Policy

We understand that at times the parts are damaged during shipping.

 Don’t Worry, We got you covered!

Customers are to report all shipping related damages within 3 days of the shipping carrier delivery date. All damaged items must be photographed and emailed to our support team; sales@elitecellparts.com or rma@elitecellparts.com. Any shipping damages reported on the 4th day after the shipping carrier delivery date, will not be considered.

If the damaged box contains openings or holes, customers are required to submit video surveillance of the unboxing or inform us right away.

The product must be physically mailed back to our facility. Once received and inspected by our Returns Department, if the damages are found to be shipping related, appropriate shipping and purchase cost reimbursement will be issued via store credit or product replacement.

What is covered in shipping damages?

  • Cell phone repair parts
  • Cell Phones (if you bought a pre-owned device and were aware of cosmetic damage, it won’t be included in shipping damage)
  • Tempered glasses
  • Cell phone accessories

30-Day return policy on all devices

If the problem qualifies for RMA, we will email you a prepaid return label.  

0-30 Days after order date of devices and 0-90 Days after order date of parts:

All non-functional or defective returned items in their original condition are eligible for a full refund, store credit or replacement.

The customer claims 100% responsibility for correctly packaging and ensuring that products being returned are not damaged during the shipment. Items damaged from return shipping are not covered under our return policy. We encourage all customers to add insurance and tracking to all returned shipments.

30+ after order date of devices and 90+ after order date of parts:

We do not accept any device returns past 31 days.

We do not accept any repair part returns past 91 days.

 

What is NOT covered?

  • Tampered and damaged part

Examples of Part Tampering:

  • Changing of any components
  • Removing of any components

Examples of Damages:

  • Bent Flex Cables
  • Torn / Ripped Flex Cables
  • Pressure Marks
  • Physical Damage

LCD is considered broken

  • If the LCD has half-display
  • If the LCD has a black spot (Typically Edge series)
  • If the LCD does not work after removing from the Board

Or

  • If screen is bleeding Blue the LCD will not be considered RMA.
  • If tape is removed while installation and the backlight is damaged. 
  • If the Color is chipped while removing the LCD
  • If the flexes are ripped
  • If the LCD is installed and has heavy scratches
  • If the screen has no power

 

  • RMA will NOT be considered if the iPhone LCD has scratches on glass or No Light or broken LCD.

 

  • Parts marked without any company signs are not covered by our returns policy.

Please ensure that the part being returned belongs to our store. Any item that is not ours will be recycled or discarded. We can send the item back to you with your next purchase or you can have it shipped immediately at your expense.  

  • Final or clearance products will not be covered by our return policy.

Cell phone cases, cell phone accessories, tempered glasses, and tools are considered final products and will not be accepted for returns or refunds.

At the time of shipping

All non-defective parts returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($5 minimum), and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Fee Refunds

Shipping Fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. If on an order the customer has qualified for free outbound shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund.

When do we refund outbound shipping?

  • Products received with shipping damages
  • Incorrect parts shipped to the customer
  • Products were non-functional upon reception by the customer (determined by Elite Cell Parts Return inspection team upon return reception)

 Policy Abuse:

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous return and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive customers.
